Kickstart Clubs or Vesting Pools, in addition to ecosystem tools, represent the cornerstone of that framework.

What Are Vesting Pools?

Vesting Pools are opt-in, DAO-governed groups we call kickstart clubs that enable members to pool funds, education, and professional experience, analyze opportunities, and vote on project participation.

Clubs operate as smart contract-powered vesting mechanisms, giving members both flexibility and legal protection when investing as a group.

Core Features:

• Members stake or contribute funds into a Club’s contract

• Funds are locked and visible to other Club members

• Clubs vote on funding opportunities

• Rewards (if applicable) are distributed proportionally

• Participation is gated by NFT-based credentials

DAO-registered bylaws will govern Kickstart Clubs and will include defined procedures for:

• Entry and exit

• Education Requirements (Courses Offered By The DAO)

• Voting on investments

• Profit/reward distribution

Axion DAO will introduce three primary Investment Clubs at launch:

1. The Founders Club

• For holders of Founders NFTs

• Early access to DAO-curated investments

• Potential advisory privileges on DAO strategy

2. OGs Club

• For legacy Axion community members (Polygon-era)

• Participation is tied to possession of verified OG NFTs

• Exclusive project access and community recognition

3. The Genesis Club

• For all new Accelerator participants during launch on BASE

• Time-limited promotional access

• Designed to reward early supporters of Axion’s BASE migration
