Axion has officially initiated its migration from the Polygon Network to the BASE Network. Once completed, all eligible AXN token holders will be able to claim their new AXND tokens through our dedicated Claim Portal.

This guide walks you through the steps required to claim your tokens, check eligibility, and safely interact with the BASE network. (Please Note, This May Be Updated As We Approach The Snapshot)

Countdown To Snapshot Will Begin Ten Days Before Migration

Who Can Claim?

You are eligible to claim AXND if you meet either of the following:

• You held AXN in your wallet on Polygon prior to the migration snapshot

• You had an active stake before the migration snapshot

All claims are subject to a 4500:1 reverse split ratio (rounded up) and must be claimed through the official dApp. There will not be any automatic airdrops.

✅ When Can You Claim Your AXND Tokens?

You will be able to claim your AXND tokens only after the following conditions are met:

1. The "90 Days to BASED Axion" migration campaign has been completed.

   1. Campaign End: Sometime between September 8th and 22nd, 2025

2. The Polygon Snapshot has been taken, locking in user balances for the migration.

3. The Polygon contracts have been paused, ensuring no further activity on the old network.

4. The contracts on BASE have been launched and are fully operational.

Until all four conditions are met, claiming will not be available.

Two Ways to Claim Your AXND Stakes (Once Migration Is Complete)

We understand that every Axion DAO member has different goals, so we’re providing two distinct methods for claiming your AXND stakes. Each offers unique benefits depending on how you prefer to manage your tokens.

✅ Method 1: Group Claim (Whitelisted Claim)

• Connect your eligible wallet to the Claim Portal.

• The system will automatically calculate your eligible AXND tokens.

• Review the total, approve the transaction, and your AXND will be sent directly to your BASE wallet.

This method is perfect for those who want to preserve the value of their stakes without facing early withdrawal penalties.

• How It Works:

  • Allows eligible users to claim their full AXND balance without penalties.

  • Your stakes are combined into four specific groups for distribution:

    • ✅ Group One: All stakes maturing within the next 365 days are combined into a liquid vested claim (12% upfront, 8% monthly for 11 months).

    • ✅ Group Two: Stakes maturing from 366 days to 1095 days (1 to 3 years) will be combined into a single "One-Year Stake."

    • ✅ Group Three: Stakes maturing from 1096 days to 1825 days (3 to 5 years) will be combined into a single "Three-Year Stake."

    • ✅ Group Four: Stakes maturing from 1826 days to 5555 days (5 to 15 years) will be combined into one single "Five-Year Stake."

• Why Choose Group Claim? ✅ No penalty for early withdrawal. ✅ Best for long-term stakers who want to maximize their AXND value and fully participate in the DAO.

• Example: If you have three active stakes with different maturity dates:

  • A stake maturing in 6 months goes to Group One (Vested Airdrop).

  • A stake maturing in 2 years goes to Group Two (One-Year Stake).

  • A stake maturing in 7 years goes to Group Four (Five-Year Stake).

✅ Method 2: Bulk Claim (No Whitelisting Necessary)

This method is ideal for those who want immediate access to their AXND tokens without any whitelist registration.

• How It Works:

  • Combines all of your eligible stakes (at their fully matured value) into one large "liquid" vested airdrop.

  • You receive 12% of your tokens immediately upon claiming, with the remaining 8% distributed monthly for 11 months.

  • Penalty: A 38% penalty applies for early withdrawal.

• Why Choose Bulk Claim? ✅ Instant access without the need to whitelist your ETH address. ✅ Best for users who prefer flexibility and immediate liquidity.

• Example: If you are eligible to claim 10,000 AXND, you will receive:

  • 1,200 AXND immediately (12%)

  • 800 AXND per month for the next 11 months (8% monthly)

✅ Liquid AXND Will Be Claimable As A Vested Airdrop (Similar To A New Token Launch)

• No whitelisting will be required to claim your liquid AXND

• You will receive 12% of your tokens on the day of your claim

• Remaining AXND will be claimable at 8% per month for the remaining 11 months

Claiming Tokens In Perpetuity

If you missed the launch migration and find out about this process in the future, token holders and stakers will be able to claim their tokens in perpetuity, unless otherwise changed through a DAO vote.

• First Six Months - There will be no fees associated with the claiming process.

• Second Six Months - $50 USDC

• Second Year - $100

• Third Year - $200

• Fourth Year - $350

• Fifth Year Forward - $500

• We will include a petition that stakeholders can fill out to request a waiver of these fees. (They will either be reimbursed through the DAO Foundation Funds, or we will whitelist the ETH address to the contract.)

• Successful claims will show up on the claim dashboard. (For Transparency)

How To Claim Your AXND (Once We Have Migrated) — Subject To Updates Prior To Relaunching On BASE

2. If you haven’t already, add BASE to your wallet

   • Network Name: Base Mainnet

✅ Step 2: Visit the Official Claim Portal

✅ Step 3: Connect Your Wallet

• Ensure you're connected to the correct wallet that held $AXN on Polygon.

• The tool will auto-detect eligible claims based on your wallet address.

✅ Step 4: Review Your Allocation

• Your eligible AXND amount will be calculated and displayed.

• Claims are based on total AXN holdings and eligible stakes during the snapshot.

• The claim is one-time and final — review carefully before proceeding.

✅ Step 5: Confirm the Transaction

• Follow on-screen prompts to approve and claim your AXND tokens.

• You’ll be prompted to pay a small amount of ETH gas on the BASE network.

• Once completed, your AXND tokens will appear in your wallet.

No. Token claiming will be available in perpetuity unless the community chooses to end the claiming process through a DAO vote at some time in the future.
