BASE offers higher scalability, deeper liquidity, and native integration with Coinbase tools. The migration aligns Axion with cutting-edge L2 infrastructure, providing a future-proof foundation for its staking platform, investment tools, and community growth.

#### 90 Days to Based Axion – Overview

This campaign is the public-facing migration initiative to transition Axion from the Polygon Network to BASE. It includes contract finalization, token claiming, updated staking mechanics, and major community engagement to onboard both old and new users.

#### Axion DAO’s Legal Registration in Utah

Axion DAO is officially pursuing registration as a legally recognized LLD (Limited Liability DAO) in the State of Utah under **HB0357**, the Utah Decentralized Autonomous Organization Act. This grants the DAO legal standing while preserving decentralized governance.

#### Utah DAO Act (HB0357)

Utah’s DAO Act, effective January 1, 2024, allows DAOs to register as LLDs. This innovative legislation creates a legal wrapper for decentralized organizations, giving them rights comparable to LLCs while honoring blockchain-native governance.
